2 fuzzy photos

The clogs of the last post were indeed felted.
I felted them with some towels for agitation. The white fuzz on the clogs is from the towels. I'll remove it eventually.

See how the right one is a little bigger? I felted it some more so they are now the same size.

They are warm and cozy, especially on the wood floors of our new house. I might need to attach leather soles, though, as they are a bit slippery.

  • Those look fab! That's a pattern I've yet to try.

  • They look great!! Very warm. I have a sacrificial pair of jeans (0.25 at a garage sale) that I use for felting - no stupid towel fuzz.

  • Oh they look lovely! I'm once again eager to make myself some of those.

  • The soles are an excellent idea--wouldn't want you to take a header, you know! ;-)

  • How neat is that? I have the book "Felted Knits" and saw something similar, but you're the first person I've seen try it...and successfully! I love felting. It's been months since I've felted anything and I'm having withdrawals. :o)

  • That is pretty much my favorite pattern. Love them. And who notices a little lint?
