Five more days

I took this morning off to tackle some of my to-do list. Now it's organized by day!

Accomplished so far:
- sourced a rhinestone vendor, and another one for sequins and glitter
- started the designs for 4 hairpieces
- knit some more sock (didn't measure, but somewhere between 5 and 5.5 repeats)
- made a homemade sock blocker out of galvanized wire
- washed first sock and pinned out (on sock blocker) to dry. Again, photos after Xmas...
- cleaned out car!!! (ahem, not including trunk ...)
- transferred some to-do items to Thom -- he's going to get windshield wiper fluid, and buy some nuts for gifts and party snacks, and will call his family to find out what food to bring for dinner
- figured out what to bring to one Xmas celebration (a bottle of white wine and some nuts -- the food item, not the family members -- not the labor intensive carrot and zucchini salad that was requested...)

Things to do today:
- Work real job, drive to coaching job, coach until 8:30, and then design hairpieces with head coach. Home by 10:00??
- Finish up through 6.5 pattern repeats of sock (total length: 7.5 repeats, then a toe!)
- gather canned goods for charity collection at office xmas party #2

Wednesday:
- work full time job
- finish hairpiece mockups. This is a 4-step process -- design concept, create white paper mockup, create colored paper mockup, create craft foam mockup. It sounds excessive, but it's the only way I've found to get the size and shape just right without wasting a lot of craft foam in the process!
- finish suit design layouts -- i.e. decide which sequins, rhinestones, etc. in what designs, for each suit
- finish knitting sock!!!
- buy gift for boss
- buy First Night buttons for niece's Christmas gift (at lunch)

Thursday
- work full time job, drive to coaching job, coach until 8:30pm
- review hairpiece mockups with head coach. Hopefully home by 10:00pm.
- block sock #2
- write letter of recommendation (for swimmer applying to private high school) at lunch
- if not yet insane, consider knitting a small bag for boss' gift. (perhaps using one of these skeins?
- wrap boss' gift, perhaps in hand knit bag...

Friday
- work full time job, but only a half day! Yee haw.
- buy white wine for xmas
- wrap 4 parent gifts, 2 niece's gifts. Yes, there will be some handmade sock sleeves, not unlike the blanket sleeve I made for a baby blanket gift.
- order rhinestones, sequins, glitter
- shop for any food for holiday
- do laundry
- pack for trip to in-laws' house
- get car washed (perhaps Thom can do this one...)

Saturday
????
