Awwww....

I was all ready to write a post about the socks I am currently knitting. I took a photo and everything. But, then I visited my friend Tracie and her new baby Jared. The baby was asleep when I got there, but this is what I saw when I peeked into the crib ...



Eight pounds of sweet smelling little baby, wrapped in the blanket I made for him. Tracie says it's their favorite blanket. It's just the right size to wrap him up in, and it has received lots of compliments from family and friends.

Awww. Socks just can't compete with that.
